There is an exciting new expansion coming to the I-4/Champions Gate interchange. This expansion will bring in new restaurants, retail stores, home lots, and a brand new Orlando Health hospital. Some restaurants such as Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse have already expressed interest in the expansion. This will connect to a new condo resort currently in construction, and another developer is also currently building a luxury 326 unit complex right across the street called "Thrive" at Blackwater Crossing. There is already so much to offer in Champions Gate; this new expansion will only bring more opportunities to the area.
